The table set below assumes the planning permission is granted on the first application submitted. In the event that planning is refused, Chesham Care will review the viability of the Chesham site. An alternative site outside of Chesham has been identified as a possible second choice, however the site of the former Chesham Community Hospital remains the preferred location for this development.
